#13940, "7/31 Diamond Valley"

Headed up to DVL again this morning for a few hours of fishing. Hit the water around 7 probably after the top water bite so I decided to work a rip bait. (TD Minnow) LOTS and LOTS on little fish the farther back you got in a cove the smaller the fish got. about every 20th fish was a keeper ... but barely. Didn't feel like worming down deep so decided to give the big swim bait a workout fro nada. Wormed up a 2#'r by the ramp. Off the water @ 12:30. Water temp was 79.6

What are they doing to the ramp?

The lake is down, even from last week. You have to launch off these bricks past the end of the ramp. It drops off pretty steep so your trailer is at a big angle making it a pain to self launch and recover.

Oh well had a fun morning pulling on little bass with light tackle

Brandon
