What's up fellas'

I live in Goleta, and I just found out about a lake called Los Carneros. I was wondering if anyone who has experience at the lake could give me and pointers about how to fish it. I hear that float tubing is the most productive method, but I was also wondering if fishing from the shore can be effective as well. Thanks for any knowledge you have of the lake.
