Whats New:

-- The Federation opened a new region -- Golden Empire (Region 8).

-- Region 7 has a new Tourney Director -- welcome Scott Harvey!

-- The 2003 CA State Classic will be held at the Delta on Oct 25 and 26. Launch will be out of Ladds Marina. Tourney registration and other details will be out online and in the mail very shortly. Good luck to all who qualified.
