Boating is a good choice. I like the eastern side arm. I think that is Cleghorn? Not really sure. I have caught cats, bass, & trout there. Also, I hear the Crappie bite can get real good sometimes, but, I don't know when cause I never tried. They say near the docks. The guys at the bait store proclaim this. Try calling the boat rental place for better info on this. I don't know the # for the boat rental place, but, I do know some others that might help you get the #.
