Hey tsurikichi what going on. Ya kayaks, float tubes and pontoon boats are allowed at Perris for sure. As far as the 2 stroke question im not sure since i always fish perris from shore, im sure Vulture would know the answer to that one. Anyways if you do head down there for bass dont hesitate to go for the home run and throw the big baits out there, i usually throw the 9 inch Castaic soft and the 9inch MS slammer, also 5inch big hammers on 3/8 head. Do the whole tour; walk the damn to the bouy lines and back, if nothing there go down to powerplant point, then flagpole point, then the waterslide. If all else fails drop shot the marina. Ive also had success using Yamamoto Hula grubs in Smoke w/ Purple, Cinnamon w/ purple, Brown w/ purple and my favorite there Watermelon w/ red and black flake and Robo worms in Aarons magic, oxblood, black grape and especially Perris Punisher color. Senkos work good from time to time and crank baits can kill it there especially at night w/ a medium to shallow diving crank. Try the river trout color Armstrong crankbait at night or the shad color during the day. There ya go you should be set for anything Perris throws at you. Good fishing

Tsunami.
