If you are fishing from shore, head all the way across the dam to the west side and fish cut chovies on a sliding sinker rig, fish aren't huge but they run from 2 to 10 lbs as of late.
If boating try the west ramp area and up near the bouy line. West ramp I'd fish swimbaits, also have seen some toady LMB's in this area, but my last time out they had a serious case of lockjaw. Hope this helps.
