Cachuma is still pre-spawn. I fished with Brian#2 and my dad on saturday and sunday. We got to the lake at 2:00pm on sat and it was really windy. My dad got a 12inch small mouth on the fly rod. Later brian and I each pulled a 2.5+ lbr. on white spinnerbaits on Jackrabit flats. We went to the lake early on sunday. Brian pulled a 2lb topwater fish right away and missed two others. I caught one of the only two bedfish we saw(on a purple 4inch worm). Later my dad caught a 2.5lb bass on the fly rod behind the island. Me and brian got two BIG croppie off beds in the same location. We started flippin' in the narrows latter and i missed two on a tube and caught a third(another 2.5+lbr.) I think that covers everything, but class is about to end so i have to run.
