Flipping sticks are ok for the 7" and the 9". The 12" is too much for that though. I would estimate the 7" weighs around 3 or 4 oz and the 9" probably weighs 4 to 6oz. Those are just guesses though. Each plug weighs a little differently because they are cut from different blanks.
