You are quite right, and you can add to your list the possible ban on motorcraft in California reservoirs. We recreational anglers seem to be surrounded by such issues. We live in stressful times and fishing is good therapy, and I have seen more than one teenager turn from drug addiction to fishing addiction. And, I am sure that many a youngster never became delinquent in the first place because someone got them hooked on fishing before they got hooked on something more sinister. Yet, we are treated as if we are the bad guys.
