I would seriously like to see them keep me off the lakes. Tehy better have alot of time to chase me around if it comes down to it. The white house can pass all the laws they want. I am possitive that the serious fisherman will break every one of them and keep fishing as much as they want. I guess they could put huge gates in front of every entrance to every lake in the country, they will have no way to regulate it. cant patrol every body of water every day of the year.
