I just got off the WB website and found a letter from Ranger Rob at casitas that had been sent to Ron Cervenka. The letter states that Ranger Rob is working on a program with Larry Elshere. The plan would be to have boats tagged to the trailers and then quarantined for 10 days. The tagging system would be bought at Casitas for $25.00 and then it would lock your boat to the trailer. You would take your boat home for 10 days and quarantine it. After that period of time you could go fish Casitas and break the seal to launch.
