#4699, "Christmas trees at Lake Casitas"

I assume someone put christmas trees in Casitas in preperation for the upcoming Big bass tournament on the 25th. This is great that it provides more bass habitat and is great ecology as well as good way to get rid of the trees. Please take your time and make sure they get anchored well. Casitas now has a bunch of christmas trees that are floating around and have become boating hazards. Be careful to watch for trees floating if you are fishing the lake so you do not hit a tree. I think If I were to sink trees in the lake I would use parachute cord and tie a line to them before I hit the water so when I was ready to sink them all I would have to do is attach those lines to the anchor and push them over. Thanks for the additional habitat and stay heads up for floating trees.
Peace Rich
