From what I have seen, Eagle Outdoors ( http://www.outdrs.com ) has some of the best prices. At least on the ODC models. I ordered mine from them about a year ago and it was shipped no problems. Also, they carry the force fins for pretty cheap. Check them out.

By the way, don't you have a problem with the rods/reels getting soaking wet having them like that? In lakes with jetskiers and boaters the waves would keep the equipment soaked all the time. A big problem when the weather turns colder.
