So how is Coyote these days? I mean as far as getting on the lake? I want to bring the kickboat with me when we do another family trip to that area...When does the lake close down again for the winter? To fish is to live!

never made it to coyote, but hit up calero for about 3 hours today. from about 11 till 2. not a nibble. then my back started throbbing so we left. i just wanted to get used to the new boat, so i got familiar with the boat and discovered i need to somehow, someway move the butt seat. either that or not even use it. i'm 6'1, but my legs are really short, like 30", so when the TM foot pedal is in the recessed hole, my leg doesn't fit. then if i pull the pedal out, the seat is in my way. im guessing the butt seat has never been removed, so i'll try and figure something out this week. any suggestions? mike
