I was out all day from March 11, 2004 until today...
Wow did I have a blast...

On Thursday I fished Machado Lake, my small lake in the city...
Caught 4 LM Bass on a Storm 4" swim bait and a Gitzit tube jig...
Could have caught a lot more on their beds but didn't want to pull them from their beds unless they were big ones...
All four caught averaged 3-4 lbs...

On Friday 3/12/04 I went to Diamond Valley Lake caught 6 LM Bass on drop shot set up...
I had 3 fish break off...
This one was the biggest...

I have the Berkley digital scale...
It showed 4.3...
I take it as a 4 lber...

On Saturday 3/13/04 I fished El Dorado Park Lakes...
Caught one LM Bass...
But the best part is my 3 yr old daughter caught about 20 bluegills...
She was so excited...

On Sunday I started to clean up my storage to prepare for my camping trips...
On July 22 - 25, 2004 I am going to Lopez Lake in San Luis Obispo...
On August 19 - 22, 2004 I am heading to San Francisco to stay with my sister and also go fishing with Big Mac at Spring Lake...

On Monday I just slept in and rested...
I am currently working graveyard and needed to sleep...
Here are some other bass pictures...

And Finally got some pictures of my fishing buddy Mike...

Chuy,
Let me know when you come to Lopez and we'll get together!
I only live 30 minutes away in Santa Maria.

Wow, what a story! At first, I thought you wrangled him up like the Croc-Hunter.
I have encountered 3 incidents. Never attacked, thank God! Once, I was scouting out some spots at Pyramid Lake. I was walking towards the edge of a roadway & saw a Mohave Green. Wow, beautiful snake! I wish I had a camera. It must had recently shedded it's skin because the colors were so vibrant & shiny new.
Well, as I approached the snake it stared at me, as did I. All I did was slowly walk backwards. The snake did not even rattle it's tail. Odd.
The Mohave Green rattlesnake has venom that is 20 X more toxic than that of the Western Diamondback. The venom attacks the central nervous system. Also causes poor respiratory reactions. Woe! Although, the least aggresive.
