Yes I know golf courses and management who is fine with catch and release. Ive only fished them for 10 years or so and known the owner for about 15 years. get over yourself
thats real snotty...hes right you do need to get over yourself...some people have legit access to golf course ponds...it is just judgemental people like you who make the world a worse place i think sometimes... -patrick

Anwser this would you rather us out stealing, robbing, and doing all kinds of bad stuff, or fishing on a golf corse what is the crim there its just fishing it not like were doing anything wrong, so get over it. If you want my address I will give it to you, better yet post your address.
Ok, let's drop it. Both sides have made their points, let's not make it personal. Golf course fishing is illegal without permission, yes there are worse crimes to be committing. I'm getting quite tired of reminding people that this is a public forum and it's not advisable to post illegal activity (in this case, without explanation that it's legal). Do so at your own risk. Please end this thread before it gets out of hand. Thx. -Brian
Palm Springs golf courses are ridiculous also. I'll be there next weekend sampling the ponds out. Whoever says to stay out of these places is on crack. 1/2 the people on this site are under 18 years old and these golf courses are the only place they can fish.
Damn Brian, way to lay down the LAW!!! The way I see it, there were many times I probably should have gotten busted while fishing on private properties(ie: golf courses, private communities, after hours at public parks, etc.) but if you're willing to pay the ticket it's up to you. Fishing has kept me away from many late night activities that could have gotten me into even more trouble. Don't let someone else hammer on you for fishing wherever you want, it's your risk and your fine if caught. I'm sure that poaching is the number one priority of Lake Elsinore law enforcement, sure they'd love the heads up on the areas biggest criminals GK.
for sures, its all on you if you wanna take the risk. But trust me guys it can be pretty expensive if caught uh um........... i know a guy... who was fishing one of our local ponds and got pinched 30 minutes after the park closed. Turned out to be a pretty expensive fishing trip. A 580 dollar pond trip to be exact. And the cop didnt buy that whole, " im only fishing officer im not causing any trouble " plea. I know they are out there only doing their job but, honestly they should be able to tell who the thugs are and who arent after running your ID. Personally they should be more worried about someone selling drugs in our parks, than some dude fishing. And thats the fact jack!!
