With the few days of warm weather we had I thought this might be the best bet for a day of bass fishing. As it turned out I was right the water Temp is around 62.Dropshoting 4" plastics was the key for the day with 18 bass caught for two of us.They were caught off secondary points in 10-15 ft of water. We had several fish that were 2-31/2 pounds. We got off the lake at noon.It was very nice till the boaters and skiers showed up!Even getting a flat on the boat trailer couldn't ruin this day:)

Brian, I have a cabin in the Mts. and have never fished Silverwood. Is there any good shore spots for bass and crappie?

Silverwood is a great crappie lake, some of the good spots for crappie are the marina and outhouse cove.
