They say sunrise to sunset on their recording.

Probably 7am. I am not sure though. Most places are opening at 7am instead of an earlier time.

They open at 7 am at the west and east ramp the lower lake is open all night at the second gate on the east side.

Hey Bert, I think you are refering to CASTAIC LAKE. Lake Casitas is closer to the coast near Santa Barbara.

Casitas always opens up a half hour earlier than Castaic and Piru so knowing Piru is opening up at 6:30, I would say Casitas is open at 6:00.
