#2044, "Changes at SoCal Kayak Fishing"

I would like to tell you about a few changes that have been made to the SoCal Kayak Fishing.com website As you may know, for some time now I have been looking for a partner with not only web knowledge to help me with the day to day chores of a website this size but with the fire for kayak fishing that burns in each of us here. I am happy to say I have found such a partner. He, like you and I also believes there is a great future for kayak fishing especially in the waters off our coast. And we will be doing everything in our power to help preserve it so we all can continue to enjoy it.

We have installed a new message forum program. We would like to invite all of you to post your kayak fishing trip reports, gear questions and advice for fellow anglers on the new Kayak Yak Discussion Board. This is an "Open Forum" and you are welcome to discuss ANY kayak fishing product or service on this board. You may tell the fishermen there about another website, Guide Service, manufacturer or paddle shop or even your own home page.

You will see a few advertising banners throughout the site. We have tried to keep it to a minimum but we do need to pay our bills so please bear with us. The staff of SCKF feel very strongly about this industry. The advertisers whose banners are displayed throughout the website are there because they have expressed an interest in promoting their product and services on an individual and tournament level. We believe they represent the best interest of the kayak fishing community.

I hope you will continue to enjoy the site and come back often.
Perry
