I was thinking of heading up there Sunday. Haven't been there in a while. Anyone know how the LMB or striper bite is. Opting for Pyramid over Castaic in hopes that it'll be less crowded. Thanks!

Didn't really fish for stripers. We did get into a pretty good LMB & smallie bite.

Fishing was good if you can deal with the crowds. I was there 2 weekends ago and had a good crank and jig bite. biggest was 4.2 LM and 5 smallies that were about a pound or so. We ended up with 40+ fish over the whole day, but a lot of idiots out there over the weekend. Get there early and get in line if you want to be on the water at a decent time. We got there around 5:30 and didn't launch until 7
