Hooray,
I had thought that there were no real updates in the new forum version but Vince pointed out that there is a very nice tweak that was put in place for the image upload feature.

The way it works now, all you need to do is click on "Click here to choose your file" Select what type of image it is you are uploading, either .jpg or .gif, change the part that says "Files of type" to say "all files", browse to your file, upload it, and close the pop up window.

Then type your message if you haven't already and click on post. The picture will automatically be imbedded in the post so that everyone can see it without having to click on the link. No need to put in the path to the picture and append the file name to it any more.

I will update the instructions one of these years to reflect this...
