Hi guys, I'm looking to add some Shad style swimbaits to my tackle bag. Read Robs review on the Hudd. Anyone have experience with the Baitsmith Shad?

5" length
1.5" height
.5" thickness
.75 weight
and falls at 18" a second

Couriuous as to the swimming action. And it actually has more of a Shad shape with that tail. And it comes with 2 extra hook hangers.

What do you guys think?

thanks

If you want a shad style bait I really don't think you can go wrong with a Big Hammer. Multiple sizes, colors and head weights. Inexpensive too.

They dont have the shad profile like the baitsmith or huddleston but they definately work.

Kinda late on this one; but yeah Bull Shad for sure! Four sizes, 5" through 8", four different colors; and the bait gets WHACKED!!!!!!!! Sick bait!
