Looks like Chris is going to win the title of Boss Hawg, December, 2001. We all worked hard to get him in there and I say he deserves it. Now I'm looking for next month's nominees. Considering the web site can be visited from across the planet, the bragging rights are substantial. Chris will be the Best Bass Angler in the World for the month of December. He can walk among the rest of us knowing that, of the 5 billion other people on the planet, he is the only person that can truthfully say, "I am the 'Boss Hawg' for December, 2001". It is quite an honor. If you send me a picture, you may get to feel the satisfaction and glory from being the first "Boss Hawg" of 2002!

"Best angler in the world"...LOL That'd be great if it were true! I'd be fishin' for a living. (what's really funny -not- is I haven't been fishin' in the entire month of December, or November for that matter)

I was happy to just be the best in the club, on the day that I caught those fish. What a surprise it was to catch 'em too. One minute I'm all bummed with 1 little fish in the well, thinking about the fish I'd lost during the day and the next I've got a couple toads and the tourney in the bag.

One of my New Years resolutions. Never to get bummed out when I'm bombing a tourney. Fortunes can change with a few casts in the right spot, within minutes of the weigh-in. You never know when you'll get into a big fish (or two!)or a quick limit.
