Just thought I'd pass it along that a warning message from Homestead.com came up as I was viewing Jeff's 'SCBBBC Invitational' site ( http://clearlakeinvitational.homestead.com/invitational.html ).

The message said that, if the fees for a site upgrade weren't paid in the next 6 days (Sept. 30 being the latest), viewers may not be able to access it, etc., etc., etc.

Has Jeff (SCBBBC?) paid that $19.95 annual fee that Homestead now charges to get you the standard features that used to be **FREE**??? I had to pay it to keep MY Homestead site going, such as it is ( http://js24photos.homestead.com/index.html ). If not, y'all might want to consider it, pain in the butt that it is!

Thanks for the headsup, allthough i am aware of the warnings, i am working on changing the site so that its on our homepage account instead of a seperate one, if i cant pull it off, ill just pay the couple of bucks this year and change it over ahead of time next year.

Yeah, Jeff, if the club is already paying for their site, where you get virtually unlimited off-shoot pages, then it would probably make sense to just have yours be an addendum to theirs.

yeah at the time i built the site, it was free at homestead. no biggie, next year it will all just be on one site. hope to see ya at the Invitational.
