For those of you who have never made it to the BNT Open's this post is to get you caught up to speed. Besides the fact that you have been missing out on the best kickboat bass tournament on this planet, its free. We offer a brand new Creek Company Kickboat for 1st place and rods for the next two spots. Basic entry free, yes you can win a boat with out paying an entry fee. We do offer options that pay back in cash. Entry option is $20.00 with $5.00 daily big fish option. The $20.00 is paid by place, we pay 1 in 5 entry's, big fish option is winner take all. BNT will also have awards for everyone in the top 10-15 anglers. Not to mention the raffle held after day 1 where we give away a ton of quality stuff thanks to our sponsors.

The BNT Pro Kickboat Open Circuit is the real deal and shouldnt be missed by anyone that enjoy's fishing for bass. Believe me there is a reason it is dubbed the "baddest kickboat tournament ever"

BNT will be launching out of M&M Campground and we currently have the whole campground reserved for the event. Plenty of room for 100 angler's. We will be posting more info as we get closer

yes you do, I would suggest parking with someone that has a site so you can split the cost.

I'm going to start talking to the other guys. I don't see any reason why most of us couldn't make it. We would mostly just be looking at traveling, food, and ALCOHOL expenses. So, if we were to come up, we would just pay you for our respective campsites?

I think that sounds awesome that a bunch of fishermen can take over an entire campsite. Usually it's the other way around. Some other type of event making it difficult to get in and do your thing. I might even have a kickboat by then. One of the other guys is going to upgrade. Then he's going to sell me his for $50.

Hey guys got a few questions for ya. Please excuse me I am a bit retarded when it comes to fishing, I leave all that stuff up to The Rod. What is BNT? Where is M & M? When is this tournament and how long does it last? How big was it in the previous years? And will Fish24 have a good time there (meaning if it is really good then I am in for a treat....he'll have to take me somewhere fun with his winnings...hehe). Sorry for all the questions, just wanting to know about it since I haven't heard of it yet.

This is the biggest and badest kickboat bass tournament ever. We have been averaging 55 guys per Open and expect to get way more then that this year. It is at M&M campground in the keys of Clear Lake. BNT is short for Bass N Tubes we are out of San Jose. We advertise no entry fee with a brand new Creek Company Kickboat for 1st place and much more to give away. This is the real deal and shouldnt be missed by anyone that loves fishing for bass out of a float tube or kickboat. Just about everyone you see posting here will be there and can vouche for everything I just said.

Oh, wait a minute. Isn't San Jose by San Fran.? If so then I do remember you mentioning it..because it is so far away and I want to go so I can see San Fran and N. Cali. You could tie one of your smaller tubes to your new one or to your kickboat and I could ride along and nap and since it's up north there will be a lot of trees, maybe Horatio's bro or cousin will be there.

John, could you give me a little more info (if you have it)? I plan on making the journey with my wife. We're talking 480+ miles one way. :o

Anyways, you said you have the whole campground reserved. I obviously would be arriving on Friday. I'll be in the Yukon with a 4'X 8' trailer. Soooo...I'll need to reserve a spot. Can I send you money, should I do it through the M&M web site? We can sleep in the truck it doesn't have to be a spot that will hold a tent.

Anything else I should know?

No kidding Jake, it is a long haul. There should be a few of us from down this far making the trip, including myself coming from San Luis Obispo area. If there is any info on camp ground reservations it would be great to hear about it! Myself and my girl friend are heading up on the Thursday and staying in the Hotel (Best Western, I think)on Thursday night, but will be (hopefully) in the campground Friday and Saturday.

(M & M Campground is at the tip of that outer point, where you see only trees).

I wonder what those residents are going to think? I know when just us NKFT boys camp(10-12 guys), we have quite a good time to say the least. Is this the same place that this event always takes place?

We only took it to State Park for a year. In the three years previous, it was at M&M. I like M&M a lot better. It is kinda strange fishin' in peoples back yards but it sure is fun. Ya gotta be kinda quiet in the early AM though. Be prepared to flip, flip and flip some more.
