Well, Shadow cliffs has been real kind to me lately. I went out this morning for a few hours. Saw lots of fish and some real toads. I managed to land three. The weights were 2-5, 4-8, & 10-14. I love this place :D .

No Slammer action this time. Caught the big fish on a 5" swimbait.
Shadow cliffs is an old gravel quarry made into a small park run by the East Bay Regional Park District. There is the main(front) lake and several "back ponds". The front lake is about 60 acres and usually gin clear. EBRPD plants Trout in the front, need I say more? The back ponds have big fish too, but the clarity is mostly less then 3 feet and it's all flippin, lots of brush, bamboo, tules, etc. I live 5 minutes from SC so I spend a fair amount of time there.
