Hey Y'all, I am heading out to the water tomorrow and am thinking about checking out the "Back Ponds". Are you referring to the water right next to Shadow Cliffs? Are the ponds actually part of Shadow Cliffs Park? Also what have they been hitting out there?

Oh also, I meant to post a report. I went out with a friend in his porta-boat a couple weeks ago. We put in at Lazy M Marina and got a couple on Spinner Bait, one in the tules on a Frog, and a bunch of smaller guys on a Red Crankbait. If you fish during the weekdays like me, this is really a great spot (can supposedly get lots of boat traffic on the weekends). Most of the quality fish I've caught there are within 25yds of the boat ramp.
