i think that the world record might be caught this year.... or at least somethin close. i just have that feelin. look at all the fish caught this year. Mike long has caught two over 18 and one 17! lake succues had the 18 or 19 , lake murry has had 2 18's and someone caught an 18 in a lake that was kept super down low , and there was a 20.1 found floating at succes! its just a year of hawgs.

I sure hope to see the record fall, but there is a huge difference between 18 or 19 and 22-4. Everything must be perfect for a fish to obtain that size, hopefully we'll see it!

And I think you are probably right ! I haven't seen so many fish over 17 in a long time !
But I would sure like to see one on the end of my line !!! :-)
