Rob: Afew months ago I got the weightless model. When I worked it back to my boat, it had no tail-action at all??? I rigged the hook the way it showed so I don't think it was a rigging problem?
Any thoughts? I did call and spoke to the owner and he was perplexed too.

That seems pretty weird man. I don't see how the bait couldn't swim with the way it's shaped? The first dagon swimbaits didn't swim good at all, maybe you are thinking of that one? Not sure what to tell you.

the first dagons did have a few bugs that were worked out ,the weedless models i have are very nice and swim great for me.as for the first Dagon i found that if i warmed an exacto knife and did the slices similar to those on a charlie i could get a little more action out of the bait. Catch Alot,Photograph a few,Release them all...:-)

Thank's for the replies y'all. I'll give it another try-out if I ever take my new Flat Jack off of my EHC Helium;-) .
