2947, More underwater action
Posted by swimbait, Sun Jun-22-03 08:34 PM
Ok, this one is easier than the last one because I couldn't catch any of these fish (10 inchers to 3lbs) so you don't have to guess the weight. They did however decide to come check me out and I was able to snap a pic of them. There were about 30 bass in this school from micro sized to 7lbs. So how many bass can you see here :) I put it at 1200x1600 on the link below so you can actually see them all.

Hmm, well now you guys got me thinking about there being 9 fish or 8. I am pretty sure there are only 8 and that the thing in the upper left is part of the tree that these fish were all laying under. And the prize is ... is ... is ... nothing still because even if I did have a prize, it would mean I had to go to the postoffice and mail it. And going to the post office around here is almost as bad as the DMV x( I was just stoked to get an underwater shot on my regular camera. I tried this a couple times before but it's usually too glarey.

Anyone ever try to take a pic through polarized sunglasses? I've been wondering if it would work as well for the lense as it does for the eye...

I did try that. It came out way too dark. It may have been that it was low light to begin with, but it didn't work for me.

Yeah I knew that thing in the corner was iffy but it was three in the morning, despite what the time of the post says...so it was just something to do to kill more time before I went to sleep.
BTW...Shadow Cliffs?

I only swear by amber colored lens on my sunglasses...and I have tried holding them over the lens on my camcorder and it comes out great...with the gray lens...you really need to crank up the aperture...even then its still dark...did anyone watch Bigmouth Forever...I just watched the original Bigmouth and its cool...makes me wanna get a underwater housing for my camcorder now...
