I was also down at the harbor from 8:15 to 9:45. I got two WSB 25 and 27" from the shore by the bait barge. Was the first time I've hooked into wsb. Now I know what all of you are talking about. When I was fighting the fish I would have swore that it had to be legal. I was very surprised when I measured it at 25 and 27'. I was using a 5" rainbow trout fish trap with a 3/4 oz head.
