I think you are right John. Having me throwing the wierd stuff and you throwing the regular stuff, one of us is going to catch them and figure it out. I know I could have used you at Margarita 'cause I know you could have caught some on that blade or on your money reaps. Just giving you a bad time =)
But seriously, despite my talk, in the bass-n-tubes tourneys I did well in last year I caught my fish only on the traditional stuff like brush hogs, buzzbaits, speed traps, and senkos and never a fish on swimbaits or trout plugs. Just had to adjust to the conditions on the delta and on naci.
Bass fishing is different from so many other kinds of fishing, because there are so many possible ways to get bit, and figuring out how is the name of the game.
