Me and a fellow kayak fisherman are headed for Santa Margarita this Sunday for a week of fishing.What is the best bet on bass?When I was at the lake in early April,it was still cool and breezy;the shallow flat next to the swimming pool looked like a good spot once things warmed up a tad.Does it get any action?I have heard going back to the narrows is a good spot.Any recent info out there?
