I lost my fishing lisence somewhere last weekend. I have the application for the duplicate at home. Where do i send the app. for dup. , i was thinking of going to the tackle shop where i bought it, is that the right place. If i mail it how long will it take for the new one to arrive?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to the store where you bought it and they'll give you a new one on the spot.
