Friday 10/11-Went out with Chris on Friday to check some water for the next day. Started off in Dutch working towards Emersom. Flip a jig under a tree just as we're going into Emerson and get nailed. Turned out to be a 6 lb striper...nice fish. Work into emerson and miss 2 on jigs. Next off to Taylor. Got about 6 jig fish in here with a nice healthy 5 lber. Then we went to Big Break and flipped tules with 6" yamamoto grubs for 5 more to 3 lbs.. 10/12 WON teams-Ran right to Taylor right away and got 2 buzz keepers and one jig keeper. Stayed here for about an hour then ran to our Big Break flippin spot but they werent going today. Worked further up than we did Friday and started getting jig fish again flipping shady trash pockets. Back to Taylor again to throw the jig again. I mustve missed 8 fish in the next 30 minutes, but thats ok cuz Im sure they were all dinks. We finished the day flippin' tules at big break. Our best 5 went 8.82 and we finished 18th out of 53. At least I can say we stuck to our game plan. Thats one thing I'm going to keep doing this year...stick to the game plan and dont get off track. We had no problem getting our limit, just wish it could have been a little better!!! We'll get em next month

Thanks for the report Mike, it looked like a tough bite overall out there with a lot of smaller fish being caught. Good luck in the next one.
