Feinstein has been in the back pocket of the water districts for a very long time. Doesn't surprise me she did this, I'm disgusted but not surprised.

Feinstein had to take care of her BILLIONAIRE friends - Stewart & Lynda Resnick and their 118,000 acres of "Paramount Farms" in southern California.
