just got through reading you post DVL striper fishing.
i do notice ( live trouts ) were bieng used.
the question is: CAN WE USE LIVE TROUTS IN D.V.L. AND THE SURROUNDING LAKES , like skinner and silverwood???

Rob mentioned the use of live trout because it is illegal to do so. There has been a problem with guys using live trout at DVL lately, hopefully with this much attention on them they have been or will get caught. There's always someone willing to sell their soul to the devil.

Ah yea... live trout is very much illegal in CA. I was rather surprised to see people breaking the law so blatantly.

live trout have always been illegal in cali the ticket is in the thousands and they can impound your truck, boat, and fishing gear that was used to aid u in poaching very serious.
