I went to Kaweah again. My wife saw how much fun I was having with my tube, so she got one too. The bite wasn't as good as last week yet it was still pretty decent. I landed two @18". The surprise was when I got two while just letting my Senko sit on the bottom while keeping my wife company in her new tube(she didn't fish). I figured I'd just keep the line in the water (just for the hell of it) and cruise along with her- I ended up getting two nice ones that way. I didn't even think I was in a decent fishing spot! Go figger. Ended up with 10 fish by the end of the day. BTW- I don't have a scale, how much does a fish 18" X about 5.5" weigh?

I fished the Grand Mesa in Colorado. Caught rainbows and cutthroat and I believe a very small brown. One of the rainbows was a native male probably pushing 3 pounds. I will be posting pics probably tomorrow. Stay tuned.

I went fishing on the alamo river for flatheads and came up with this 30#.

Kinda late but went to castaic. The bite was pretty wide open but couldn't get anything of any size. The biggest was probably around 2-2.5 lbs but lost it just as I was about to grab its lip. And I bet I still won't carry net next time out. :7
