Just thought I'd let you know about my trip today. Walked a good 2 mile stretch of the Duct on the west side today. No surface action for the stripers but the cats were wide open. Released 10 of the 12 caught unharmed, kept 2 for the table. Largest was 11.4 and the runt was 3 pounds. Not bad for 3 and a half hours. All on chicken livers. The warm weather seems to be loosening their lips a bit, hope this heat keeps up and gets the linesides going.
On another note, anybody know how to take decent pics of a fish when you are the only one there. I tried but being so close they came out blurry, guess I need longer arms.
Hey onelove head west partner, they are hiting good right now.
