i am going to willow beach this weekend for my bro's b-day. we want to get some of those big strippers. never been there before so any info would be great. when and where to fish, how to fish ( troll or throw swimbaits) even where to stay would help. any info you guys have would be great. thank you very much in advance for the help.

If no one gives you any advise from this board, then just ask around the area (especially those who live around there). Trout imatations should be a good choice. I am sure anchovies should work for the small guys. They do well at Havasu. I think I remember Alan Cole would catch them around 52 or 54 mark. I have never been there. So, my advise may not be worth much. Please post pics when you return!! Also, a report please.
