Brad I just got back from lake Isabella last week I was up there for 8 days and took my boat out only twice because of the wind the only part of the lake that I could fish was the north fork were the upper kern runs into the lake but the water temp was a 10 degree difference from the north fork to the main part of the lake but the main lake even at 5am had 5 foot white caps. The fishing was not the greatest it was slow but I did manage some nice fish , I had one that was at least 11 or 12lbs come off right at the boat that sucked but at least it was not a tournament then I would have gone nuts.
