Well today was one of those days. It started out alright, I got there at like 6, pulled 3 senko fish by 6:30, none bigger than 1.5 lbs. and then at 6:30 the buzzbait came out. Missed four fish on the buzzbait before on the backcast of my underhand cast, the bait hits a tree and on the forward cast the line breaks, but the buzzbait pops off the tree and flies into the lake. Great. One rodstrainer down the toilet. That was the only buzzbait I brought today too, so I went home. Oh well, there's always tomorrow...
