I leave the frame together and deflate the pontoons and detach them from the frame. Then I fold them up and store them. Just lean the frame against the wall in the garage. I assemble and inflate the day before I go out, then car top it.
If you can't car top it, I would say it takes me about 10 minutes to inflate and strap the pontoons to the frame.
