968, Just laid-off
Posted by , Mon Dec-10-01 05:38 AM
I was just laid off and don't have internet access at home. So, I won't be posting until I get a new job with internet access. If anyone wants to get ahold of me you can call me at home (408)776-1993.

Tight Lines,
Wade

Sorry to hear that dude. My advise is to fish heavily. Good luck finding a new job.

If you see this or someone tells you of it...I got laid off in oct. It's a common thing nowadays. keep a good attitude--never sound or appear desperate. I decided to work on my own and it is awesome--maybe an option for you, too. Good luck.

Wade-
I share your sorrow, as I was laid off 3 days before your message dated 10-Dec. Best wishes finding the new position!
Mick.

Wade,

Sorry to hear that. We'd talked about all going down the river. Maybe it would take your mind off it? We'll bring the beer and food if that helps?? :) Let me know, and again, I am sorry.:(

Hey, I'm really sorry to hear about that. Seems to be the norm nowadays. But don't fret to much about it, I'm sure something will present itself soon enough. I was laid off in December and then my wife was laid off in February. Big time bummer, right!? Well, about a month ago I get a call from this guy in Burbank who said my Ex-boss, Steve, had highly recommended me to take over his Shipping/Recieving Dept. Now I'm making almost double what I was making at the other place. So may just turn out to be a blessing in disguise. Never know. And besides, now you get a chance to do alot of fishing. Good luck and remember this could turn into something better.

GO BRUINS....GO RAMS....GO FISHING....!!!!
FLOWING THROUGH MY VEINS!!!!
976, Thanks to all

I guess I should have gone back and found this post when I got a new job in mid Feb, sorry about that. Of course I didn't have internet permissions until the middle of March. By then I had kinda forgot about it. Thanks for the reminder to be thankful for having a job now.
As for the River trip, I'm just trying to find some free time, I'll email you soon.
