I have attached the new SLO County Parks protocol that every boat entering Margarita or Lopez will have to follow....I feel for anyone trying to come up this way from SoCal...

yeah ,its been in the papers etc..mainly cachuma ,it sucks to have to quarintine a boat just to go fishing...that mucle has made its way across the usa pretty quickly..
