Classic dude :D That was epic when you got that fish, it brings back the memories.

I learned a lot from Matt back in the Cal Poly days like how to fish crankbaits... and what the money colors were on twin tail grubs. Matt was like my source for how people really fished for bass since I was in such a vacuum when I learned how to bass fish. I never did get any good at shaking a brass-n-glass worm though :P

You remember that evening we were back in jackass canyon and I threw out the AC minnow on a long cast and caught like a 2 or 3lber and you were trippin because it was June and they were eating the swimbait :) How about that great bite on big hammers in the fall when we got the double hookup with me on the big hammer and you on the deep little N :) That was a sic day.

Man if only we had really known how to fish back then lol. It's funny when you think you're totally on top of the latest shtuff, and then later you realize how crude your skills were.
