Came across this shirt on ebay ,I knew who it was in about 2 seconds,the grin gives it away. guesses anyone?

yeah you got it,i emailed him the other day and he was a good sport about it,he never authorized the pic.He said since it was promoting catch& release he was ok with it.the fish was a 12-11 bass caught@ clear lake.He had a portrait/painting done but someone used the image t make shirts as well.alot of people looked before you posted the answer.
