I just heard from a buddy that BBW is closing it's doors. If this is true that sucks. Well thanks to all the guys over there for the advice and service.

It's true unfortunately...I hope Chris finds a good home! He has been so helpful with me and everyone I send doen there, Thanks for the best 4 years of service!!!!

Though i have never been there,its suprises me as they were a big deal in our local fishing world.I hope some sucker a#@ walmart didnt put them out.walmarts have honestly ruined the local tackle shop ,especially in the east county of san diego were i grew up.Now whos going to be cool enough to buy up all the good stuff for us at the closing rates? ...lol

bummed to see BWW close- Jeff and Chris have been more then great to me, I hope everything works out for the best for them. Even though BWW was a drive for me, that's where I go- now I have to find another shop, as Angler's isn't an option for me...

thats pretty harsh on your fellow fisherman there c.j. ,you would be bummed if they closed the mcdonalds you work at.

Well I didn't really follow the mcdonalds comment, but I will say I'm sorry to hear BWW is going out of business. The guys at BWW have always been cool to me and CJ in particular is one of those rare tackle shop guys who is not only knowledgeable and friendly, but also treats everyone with respect who comes in the shop no matter how young or inexperienced they might be. There's a lot to be said for that.

CJ if you ever need a job reference or a contact with someone I know, just ask.
