Alright i give up.
Im pretty new to fishing and have the bug real bad. But need help in my area. I live in Oakhurst, and need the advice on the good spots.Ive been trying the trial and error method and its worked sort of. I fish Bass lake often and not had much luck. Sorry no boat here.Anybody have some advice on the better areas to fish. And maybe some tactics.I would really like to catch more cats and maybe a bass or two.

You can try lakes nacimiento and san antonio,they arent too far from you off the 41 ,there are boat rentals at naci ,and im not sure about a rental at san antonio.the fishing there has been pretty good early in the morning and late in the evening.I think you can catfish at night for cats from shore.there are stripers and lots of differnt bass and catfish.
