Can anyone recommend a shop in the Santa Barbara area or nearby that services Mercury outboards?

I forgot to lube the steering friction adjusting screw ("co-pilot adjustment screw"). It corroded and broke off. Now a piece of it is stuck deep in the hole. I suppose that it will have to be drilled out.
